Processing time

Ready-made designs ship within 5 business days. Custom and personalized pieces are made to order and ship within 7 business days of approving your design.

Shipping

We ship within the United States with USPS. Shipping is $5.95 per order for most items. Boxed glass sets ship by USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate shown at checkout, so you always know the cost up front. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Returns

Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Contact us first and we will send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we replace it or refund you in full.

Custom and personalized items are made for you and cannot be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.
