It begins at Bindu ~a point or dot.
It is a dimensionless center
Its fiull name is Bindu Visarga ~the falling drop.
The seat of nectar
The moon produces this intoxicating secretion.
It is immortalizing fluid, which is the life of a Yogini or yogi.
It is Located at the back of head.
On top of the brain there is a small pit containing certain secretions that are in the physical body
Only 2 or 3 drops are available
This is in the Pineal Gland.
Bindu is symbolized by the crescent moon.
It is a glimpse of the supernatural potency at the crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
It is transcendental and supreme enlightenment.
It is Oneness with source, pure bliss.
The Beej mantra Aum is the sound.
Bindu fluid is related with male and female semen or ova.
These sacred fluids are the starting point of creation.
They create magik Manifestations.
The process of Bindu is connected with the throat chakra (Vishuddi).
It moves through a network of nerves which flows through the interior portions of the nasal passages and through a minor chakra called Lalana which is responsible for the secretion of this sacred fluid.
The nectar is manufactured in Bindu, and is stored in the Lalana chakra and excited by khechari mudra.

The nectar trickles down from Bindu (pineal gland) stores in Lalana chakra and passes down to the throat chakra.
There are Two paths of Bindu.
Pavritti marga path.
Looking to the outside world, it is always away from self knowledge which leads to bondage.
Nrivitti path.
Looking inward. Starting to face the Bindu, the spiritual path, the path of wisdom. This path leads to freedom, which is the purpose of yoga.
Nrivitti leads through Bindu to the crown chakra (sahasrara) the oneness with universal consciousness.
This is the goal of moving sacred fluids and tantric union.
